great location, decent stay

the location is hard to beat. i found the room clean and neat. the staff (december especially) was very helpful and sorted out parking for me right outside the hotel, which i did appreciate.
i did notice a faint musky smell when i walked into the building initially. the carpets look quite old and worn in some areas. (nothing too major, but noticeable)

The location was quite central near coral island. the host provided complimentary snacks and water. A nice touch i thought. our room felt nice. the host was very helpful she couldn't do enough.
i had to pay to park outside. the room was too small though i knew the price. there was dust on the windowsill and skirting.

December provided a warm welcome. She gave extra treats for the children , and it was a lovely surprise. The room was beautifully maintained , spotlessly clean , and thoughtfully arranged.
There was a musky smell on entering the building.

small roomold soap
the room i stayed in was quite small, and i found dust accumulated on the windowsill. i also noticed some old soap left in the shower, suggesting it wasn't thoroughly cleaned after the previous guests. paying extra to park directly outside felt excessive.

Location was perfect near coral island, it was really lovely. the host was great. she provided snacks and water, which i appreciated. the room was lovely. I would definitely stay again.
There was a slight musky smell when i first walked in. the carpets seemed old in places. the room smelled fresh. The bathroom was minuscule though.
